What is the Pomodoro Technique?
“Pomodoros” is an Italian term which means tomato. Pomodoro technique uses a timer to break down periods of work into 25-minute intervals called ‘Pomodoros’ separated by breaks.
The pomodoro technique is named after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that can be used to track your writing sessions.

What is Pomodairo?
Pomodairo is a free Adobe Air application (includes a software timer and a task list) which allows the implementation of Pomodoro Technique that can significantly increase your productivity.
In addition to the obligatory timer and timing your Pomodoro sequences, it also includes a task list for the pomodoros (1 pomodoro = 25 minutes). The application keeps track of how much time do you spend on a task, any interruption that might steal time from your Pomodoro sequences and even captures productive (but unplanned) work.
